What Our Clients Have To Say... Notes...

(Excerpt of email sent from one client to a friend he was referring to us. Identified as 'Dave' and 'Client2')

Client2: "My questions are: How does the shipping part work out? Very costly? How does it come?"

Dave: "It came FedEx overnight, he shipped it at about 5:00 p.m. their time and it arrived at my doorstep about 11:00 a.m. the following day undamaged. He and I got on MSN and he asked that I open it up just to be sure and everything was A-OK. Shipping was at my expense and although I can't tell exactly how much that was it was less than the PST would have been if I'd bought the same thing 2 blocks from home."

Client2: "Warranty and service work under same, if necessary? Let's face it... it's quite a distance to BC. The computer I have now developed a problem with the monitor about 6 months after I bought it. One trip to the store and I had a new monitor. Seeing that you've already gone through the process, please let me know in detail how it all works. I'd really appreciate it."

Dave: "I haven't had any warranty issues with it but as it works out between WinXP and MSN I can allow him to operate the machine from his end (worry not, it sounds scarier than it is) so in that respect support has been outstanding as compared to what I'm used to. I wouldn't think it would be worth while getting a monitor (CRT, not flat panel) given their size and weight, I'd think you would be better getting that locally but he does understand that. All in all I have to say this is what I could call my first online shopping experience and honestly it's been great. We gabbed back and forth and I got exactly what I wanted instead of the off the shelf variety I'd have gotten at a typical store and a slightly better price than I was quoted on exactly the same thing from a (local) custom shop.

Listen, bottom line the real choice came down to this. For just about as long as I've been online Brian has always been there to help with any tech problems I've had, walking me through solving problems and/or explaining why I'm having a given problem. Compared to what I've gotten locally or otherwise I can honestly say his support has been 110%.

Combine that with the facts that I was able to do this shopping without having to go near any high pressure know nothing know it alls at the typical computer shop and I bought from someone who actually really does appreciate the business.

I am extremely happy with how the whole shopping experience worked out."

(Excerpt of email from client.)

In April of 2003, I decided it was time to replace my aging computer. I did not want a name brand and opted for a custom build. I have known Brian for several years as an online friend and acquaintance. I have found him to be very knowledgable on computers... and he had recently started his own computer company (A.S.D. Computers) in B.C.

With my residence being in Ontario I didn't think he would be able to help me with my search for a new computer. Was I wrong! Brian worked out 3 different builds for a new computer designed to fit my needs. After many discussions via e-mail and instant messenging, I decided to purchase my new computer from (A.S.D. Computers). Within a few days, my new purchase had been assembled, tested, and shipped to my residence. I had been expertly packed, and worked perfectly when I set it up.

I have been very pleased with my computer purchase from (A.S.D. Computers) and would higly recommend this business to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new system.
